PSC's SAE 20w-20 Oil category represents lubricants that have a viscosity grade of SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) 20w-20. This grading system tells you the thickness of the oil and how it is affected by temperature.
The SAE 20 grade did (does) not require any type of cold temp rating. Today, a 20W rated oil, 9500 cP -15C, is the equivalent of a 4250 cP requirement at -10C, the temp from the 1997 revised SAE J300 chart.
