Advanced Sesame Seed Extraction: Our Machinery Expertise
The Sesame Seed Oil Production Line begins with cleaning and hulling sesame seeds to remove impurities and outer husks. The cleaned seeds are then roasted to enhance the flavor and aroma of the oil. The roasted sesame seeds are then ground into a paste using a mechanical grinder, and the oil is extracted using an expeller press.
The cooked sesame seeds will be automatically dropped in the expeller and the expeller extracts (crushes) the cooked sesame seeds with the highest extraction pressure and produces the oil and by product (cake).
